ADMINISTRATIVE LAW (ADRE) & GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Administrative Law/Government Agencies

Administrative Law is the body of law that governs the activities of all administrative agencies within the state of Arizona. The Arizona Department of Real Estate ("ADRE") is an agency that regulates Arizona's real estate brokers and salespersons. We represent clients before the ADRE regarding violations of securities laws, fraud, negligence, or ADRE agency rules. We also represent clients with claims against the ADRE Real Estate Recovery Fund. Finally, we represent clients with claims involving regulation of the mortgage industry by the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions.
